A key differentiator of our ICF-accredited Level One Executive Coaching online Training program is our #CoachingPracticum. Since our inception 22 years ago, we’ve offered each participant an actual three-month executive Coaching engagement. This means all participants have the experience of coaching a leader or manager in an organization for three months. Our participants don’t need to find their exec coaching engagements;
iCoach Global finds them.
Right now, we’re reaching out to technology companies, fintech start-ups and financial service businesses, pharma and bio-techs large and small, New York City and other city agencies doing innovative work, climate change companies- all kinds of non-profit and for-profit organizations. We’re asking: Do you have a high potential manager or leader who would benefit from a three-month coaching engagement with a new coach? Our coaches have already had a successful career in HR, teaching, medicine, finance or another field. They’re seasoned and experienced, although new to coaching.
Here’s what your org needs to do to qualify and match:
1. The coaching client needs to want three months of executive coaching. They
cannot be “voluntold”. They must choose it.
2. They cannot be on a PIP, derailing or in some way being exited from
your org.
3. They need to be seen as key talent or high potential.
4. They need to accept the executive coach with whom we match them.
5. They need to understand the coach is going to do a 360 survey- which
will be very useful to them, as part of coaching.
6. They need to be available to start coaching the first week in March 2025
and prioritize weekly one hour video appointments for twelve weeks.
