The countdown has begun on the 22nd edition of our iCoach Global executive coaching program which starts February 21, 2025. We’re not exactly a rocket but there is a journey and feedback reports from participants each year tell us the journey is anywhere from “inspiring” to “life changing.”
Yes, we teach you the ins and outs of becoming an executive coach-both internal and external. And with upcoming disruption expected in the business world over the next four years, it’s probably a great idea for leaders to think if they should be “coach-proofing” their careers now vs. later.
Well-designed executive coaching within your organization can be a culture changer in both attracting and retaining talent, and does increase employee engagement. Research tells us that in almost all cases well-designed executive coaching positively impacts org culture.
We have a few seats left for this year’s 2025 class. And because what our faculty offer is a journey of love as well as blood, sweat and tears we only offer our iCoach Global journey one time each year starting every February.
