Coming Attractions From iCoach Global

Coming attractions from iCoach Global: Premiering February 21, 2025, our 22nd year of training exceptional executive coaches.

I’ve long been a fan of movie “Coming Attractions.” In fact, one time, several years ago, my wife Barbara and I went to a theatre featuring an entire evening of movie trailers. It almost goes without saying the trailers are often more exciting than many films.

Recently, my #iCoachFaculty colleague, #BartFederPCC and I got together to discuss some exciting happenings coming soon to www.icoachglobal.com. #ExecutiveCoachingProgram #accreditedbyICF as a Level One Program.

Bart went first. He’s observed how we’ve organized our #ExecutiveCoachingProgram around four components. He likened these components to four legs of a chair.

The #iCoachGlobal program includes:

1. The practicum [your coaching case with Supervision/Mentor Coaching, arc of coaching, development plan.

2. Personal Model [coach finding their own voice] inputs, outputs, coaching lens, becoming lens-agile as a coach.

3. Path to ACC-ICF competencies, recorded coaching sessions.

4. The business of coaching- internal and external models of guidance, differentiating what you know as someone trained as an executive coach vs. a non-trained coach, including 360 feedback study, coaching development plan, working with sponsors and stakeholders, and the business of executive coaching.

I chimed in that we’re also feeling inspired about including renowned executive coach, Karol Wasylyshyn, discussing her ground-breaking executive coaching book, “Destined to Lead,” in one of our classes. Karol will be available to meet with our participants during that class. “Destined to Lead” is one of the three required texts in our 2025 Program. Karol, is one of the most acclaimed executive coaches in the world.

Another coming attraction to our 2025 Program is adding three modules of “Coaching And…. differences and identity.” This is a new coaching lens for us. A coaching lens is a way coaches think about helping clients sharpen self-awareness. Emotional intelligence is a coaching lens. Cognitive Behavioral thinking is a coaching lens. Systems Theory, also is a coaching lens. Now “Coaching and…..differences and identity” will become a way we help coaches work with clients. We’ll be writing about the Coaching And….differences and identity modules in future blogs.

For now, those interested in our program should reach out to us at info@icoachglobal.com and tell us some specifics of your interest. Those who want to learn more about the excellent work of Bart Feder as a leadership coach and supervisor of executive coaches, can be in touch with Bart Feder at www.bartfederexecutivecoaching.com.
