Michael Frisch, Ph.D.

MICHAEL H. FRISCH, PhD, Faculty, iCoach New York. Prior to starting his current independent practice, Michael was Senior Consultant and Director of Coaching Services for Personnel Decisions International’s (PDI) New York office. Earlier positions include Manager of Management Development for PepsiCo and consulting on leadership development, management training, feedback processes and individual development planning.

During the course of his career, Michael has presented to groups such as The Conference Board and the Human Resource Planning Society and published articles and book chapters on interviewing, performance management, assessment, internal coaching and executive coaching.

Michael received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University and his MS from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Society of Consulting Psychology and the American Psychological Association. Michael is a licensed Psychologist in New York State.
