Karen Metzger, LCSW

KAREN L. METZGER, LCSW, Faculty, iCoach New York. Karen has had her own practice for more than 25 years. Karen is a highly regarded executive coach, management consultant, management trainer and supervisor of coaches. Her coaching clients range from high-potentials in leadership succession programs to senior-level executives at risk of derailing and cover a wide spectrum of industry sectors, not-for-profit organizations and professional specialties.

Since 1998 Karen has facilitated a Coaching Learning Group for professionals. Formerly she was a Vice-President in the Human Resources department at Scudder Kemper Investments, providing internal coaching, consulting and management development training design. She has also been on the professional staff at Lee Hecht Harrison and other career service firms. She has been a faculty member at the Hunter College School of Social Work. Karen has an MSW degree from Columbia University and completed doctoral course work at the City University of New York.
