Donna Marcus, MA

DONNA M. MARCUS, Faculty, iCoach New York, is a seasoned human resources professional and executive coach who has partnered closely with business leaders throughout her career to provide a wide range of human capital, developmental and organizational design solutions to meet current and future business needs. She is widely known for her knowledge of HR “best practices” and experience as an executive coach, management consultant and facilitator of leadership development programs.

Donna has been the Global Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Moore Capital Management, LP since September 2007. Prior to joining Moore Capital, Donna was a Managing Partner at LearnTech Associates, a consultancy dedicated to Executive and Organizational Development. She designed and facilitated executive leadership programs, coached senior and mid- level professionals, ran team building sessions and partnered with business leaders on translating business strategy into operational models.

Donna was the Head of Organizational Development and Learning at Fidelity Bank and was responsible for creating a talent management agenda and cultural integration plan as part of a merger strategy. Prior to Fidelity, Donna worked at Bankers Trust Company, serving as the Head of HR for several businesses.

Donna received her Masters of Science from Case Western Reserve University. She holds a BA, Cum Laude, from Queens College. She has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Center for Creative Leadership and at NYU’s School of Continuing Education.
